Worm composting, or vermiculture, makes the world a better place by keeping food scraps out of the solid-waste system and producing fertilizer for plants, indoors and out. Jock Robie has been instructing workshops on how to build a worm bin and how to compost with worms for many years. Join us for this hands on workshop to set up a worm bin to take home and learn how to get started with vermicomposting successfully.
Participation is limited and masks are required. Workshop will take place in-person and outdoors at MOFGA’s Common Ground Education Center in Unity.
