Brittany Hopkins of Wise Acres Farm will be diving into some of her SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to reduce microbial and chemical threats. We will be joined by Hans Estrin, Produce Safety Specialist and CAPS Coordinator at UVM Extension and Billy Mitchell, FSMA Training Coordinator at the National Farmers Union who will be discussing Brittany’s existing SOPs by noting what issues they are helping to address and how she might be able to further improve of them. We will feature Q&A and farmer to farmer discussion time.
