Position: Data System Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Ensure that MOFGA’s donor database, MCS database, and fair ticketing systems run effectively and support organizational needs, providing staff with the training, documentation, and support required for confident, efficient use; additionally, offers targeted support to teams using other data systems to help them maximize the value and functionality of those tools. The ideal candidate has some coding, scripting, and other database-related technical abilities. The Data Systems Manager is also responsible for supporting the MOFGA and MOFGA Certification Services’ (MCS) website’s connections to data systems. This position’s annual work plan will be tailored to meet the needs of different MOFGA teams during different peaks and needs throughout the calendar year.

Hours and Salary: Full Time, typically Monday-Friday.  Salaried. Federal Fair Labor Standards Act Exempt. The employee is not eligible for overtime payment. This position is part of the MOFGA Workers United Union bargaining unit. This is a salaried position, with a starting annual salary range of $60,000-$63,500, dependent upon experience.

Location: Hybrid. This position requires some time working from MOFGA’s office in Unity each week.

Position: MOFGA Common Kitchen Manager and Food Liaison

Primary Responsibilities: To manage and maintain the Common Kitchen, food donations, and work with Fair Staff to coordinate food at the Common Ground Country Fair. All duties are performed with the highest safety standards and in keeping with MOFGA’s Food Policy. Below is a description of the position as it currently exists. We are open to considering alternative proposals from applicants in order to cover the needs of the 2025 Common Ground Fair such as a seasonal contract.

Hours and Salary: 20 hours – Monday through Friday. Hourly. The starting wage for this position is $20 – $25 per hour, dependent on experience.

Location: Hybrid. This position requires some time working from MOFGA’s office in Unity each week.

Position: Fairgrounds Logistics Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:  Coordination of grounds logistics relating to the Common Ground Country Fair.

Hours and Salary: This is a seasonal position, beginning on the Tuesday after Labor Day, and running through the first weekend in October. The position requires long hours during the week leading up to the Fair, and during the Fair itself.

Additional Work Hours: For Fair Set-Up, lead 7:30 a.m./7:00 a.m. logistics morning meetings and wrap up at 5:30 p.m. Hours during the Fair are 7:00 am – 7:00/6:00 p.m (Sunday). Hours after the Fair are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hourly. The range for this position is $18.50 – $21/hr + approved overtime, dependent upon experience.

Location: This position is based at the Unity main campus.
