The Spiral of Transformative Change Series for Vermont & Maine Farmers: Understanding Structural Racism

Join Tamiko Ambrose Murray (Ambrose Consulting) and Marisol Jimenez (Tepayac Consulting) to engage in a liberatory approach to racial equity.  This workshop series is designed to invite farmers to develop a foundational understanding of racial equity work; to strengthen their community engagement approaches; and to deepen their leadership practices to advance racial equity efforts. 

The four part series is being supported by NOFA-VT and MOFGA and is open to farmers and their teams in Vermont and Maine, with the intention of learning and growing together across state lines.

March 2, 1-3:30: Understanding Structural Racism

March 16, 1-3:30 Vermont Practical Application
