Andre Cantelmo of Heron Pond Farm will discuss the process and benefits of soil steaming for specialty crop producers. Join as he demonstrates how to operate his Sioux low pressure steam generator to address weed and disease issues on one of the high tunnels used for research at Johnny’s Selected Seeds. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Sioux Corp, so please register each individual participant.
