Are there old, overgrown fruit trees on or near your property? Don’t give up on them! Join us for this pruning workshop focused on renovating mature or neglected fruit trees.
This workshop is appropriate for those who have not pruned fruit trees before or those who have just a little experience. Instructors will discuss basic pruning practices and required tools. This type of pruning often involves ladders, pole pruners, and sometimes climbing. There will also be lots of opportunities to learn and practice cuts from the ground level.

This workshop is held outside. March weather can be fickle, so please bring layers, snow boots, and waterproof clothing if possible! Note that the terrain includes uneven ground, and participants will be standing and moving outside for the majority of the workshop.
