Join Emily Springer of Meeting House Farm – a MOFGA-certified organic herb farm in Scarborough, Maine – to learn about the history and art of blending tea/tisane. Using locally-sourced herbs, create your own blend to take home. Learn to taste each herb separately and then blend a perfect cup! Participants will receive a bamboo tea press, and your own blended tisane in a glass jar — included in the price of the ticket.
This workshop is co-hosted by The Ecology School & MOFGA. Part two of this workshop, Blending Medicinal Herb Tisanes, takes place on December 11.
