We’ll discuss the annual certification cycle, applicant deadlines, organic system plans, MCS maple guidelines, recordkeeping, materials inputs, and MCS fees. Kristen will focus on production-scale systems. Designed for maple syrup producers and offered at a sliding scale of $0-$15.
