COVID-19 Statement

Tuesday, June 8, 2021

MOFGA continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and takes this threat seriously. As an organization we are taking steps to protect our staff and community in line with recommendations from the CDC.

The MOFGA offices, fair grounds and orchards are now re-opened the public, however most staff continue to work remotely.  Select staff and volunteers are working on the grounds but capacity to deal with walk-in visitors is limited. If you’d like to visit the office please contact us first.

Many MOFGA events continue to be offered in alternative formats or with specific safety-focused changes. Please visit individual event pages for the most up to date information.

We will follow the guidance and advice of the Maine CDC and will keep this page updated as the situation evolves.
We are committed to offering safe and healthy work and educational experiences for everyone in the MOFGA community. We will adjust our practices as this situation unfolds to make sure we are meeting those goals.
