Organic Inspector Sought for Aroostook County

MOFGA Certification Services LLC is seeking an inspector for organic farms in Aroostook County. Qualifications include expertise in organic farming and processing practices, an understanding of the National Organic Program Rule, and a proven ability to complete thorough reports and other paperwork in a timely fashion. Professional inspector training is desirable. Inspectors work and travel independently from their homes. The ideal candidate resides in the County and is able to schedule the majority of farm inspections between June and August.
