In the Fair's Herb Tent, herbalists explain how to grow, prepare, preserve and use herbs. Some of the presenters provide informational handouts, while some offer hands-on learning experiences from which participants leave with a finished herbal product. Presentations and workshops are scheduled throughout the weekend.
