Welcome to the Farm & Homestead Area of the Common Ground Country Fair!
The purpose of the Farm & Homestead area is to provide an outlet for businesses that cater to the small farm and homesteading market and to sell their products & equipment. MOFGA also welcomes other businesses that encourage diverse interests, making small farms and the homestead more self-sufficient. Area Coordinators have set the following goals for the Farm & Homestead Area:
- to further educate the fairgoers about these products and how they can contribute to the quality of small farms and homesteading in Maine; and
- to accommodate activities, including those not for profit, which are compatible with the area.
