The organically grown produce will be freshly harvested and washed and available for pick-up at the farm 2 days a week. I hope to balance the soil chemistry and build up the biological activity so the plants thrive and obtain the maximum flavor and nutrition.
What We Offer: Summer and Winter shares each $300. You get over $400 worth of food in each one! In addition to a diverse array of vegetables and herbs, there will also be a raised bed section with cut flowers and kitchen herbs available for self-harvest. Pork & duck eggs available for purchase. You will also receive information on how to prepare and store your food and the farm will host potlucks for the CSA community.
How You Can Get It: Make a $100 deposit by 4/1 and pay in full by 6/1. You pack your produce at the farm on Tuesday or Friday between 4 and 7pm. |
