What We Offer: Vegetable shares: Full-shares for $300 and Half-shares for $150. Meat shares: Full-shares for $300 and Half-shares for $150. We offer a full line of sustainably, biologically, and organically grown vegetables and fruit. We also offer a variety of pastured meats, including grassfed lamb and beef products, pastured pork and poultry products, including nitrate- and nitrite-free bacon, ham, and a variety of sausages. We offer our customers a weekly newsletter, recipes, and information on food preparation. There will be some choice in the weekly selection of vegetables and meat products. Eggs are available for purchase in addition to any share. We plan to have a late-season picnic potluck for our members.
How You Can Get It: Shares may be picked up at our farm stand at 2123 Union Street on Wednesdays from 2-7:00 p.m., or as arranged individually. We also can arrange for pickup at the farmers markets in Orono and Belfast, if you contact us in advance. Shares will be available over a 15-week period, from the first part of July through mid October. Payment for full-shares may be made by installments of $100 each on 3/1, 4/1, and 5/1, or by $285 if paid in full by 3/1. Payment for half-shares may be made by installments of $50 on 3/1, 4/1, and 5/1, or $142.50 in full by 3/1. Regardless of payment schedule, the value of full and half shares will equal or exceed $330 and $165, respectively.
