Time to Visit the Root Cellar and the Farmers’ Market

How’s that squash in the root cellar doing? Time to make some squash and cider soup? Squash pancakes? Roasted squash salad? Find a few recipes here. And if you’re running low on onions, potatoes or dozens of other ingredients, take the time to visit one of Maine’s farmers’ markets.
