Canned soup linked to elevated levels of BPA
Boston.com - 11/22/2011.
By Kay Lazar – Eating canned soup may be convenient, but it can significantly raise the level of bisphenol A in a consumer’s body, according to a new study from the Harvard School of Public Health. The Harvard study found that people who consumed a serving of canned soup each day for five days had BPA levels more than 10 times higher in their urine then after they ate fresh soup daily for five days.

It starts with nutritionist and food system reform pioneer Marion Nestle and ends with "anyone who's started a small farm in the last five years, and anyone who's supported one; anyone who cooks, and especially anyone who teaches others to cook."

The Western, American stock has declined by about 80 percent, and by about 70 percent in its Mediterranean spawned population.
