Evrett Lunquist, Organic Inspection, Libel and USDA Culpability
Corporate Crime Reporter - 12/13/2012.
By Russell Mokhiber – After the National Organic Program released documents to farmer Paul Rosberg without redacting the organic inspector’s name (Evrett Lunquist), Rosberg sued Lunquist for libel. Rosberg and his wife own Nebraska’s Finest Meats, LLC, and is being charged in federal court with selling meat that was misbranded and/or not inspected. Both cases go to court in January.

A couple of months ago, the American Academy of Pediatrics warned about the effects of pesticides on kids. Today’s kids have grown up with a new normal of pesticide-laden food and increased food allergies. According to a new study, those two things might be connected.
