TakePart - 4/16/2013.
Op-Ed by Lindsey Lusher Shute - In the past year, the mainstream media featured more than a few stories critiquing America’s local and organic foods movement. Report on U.S. Meat Sounds Alarm on Resistant Bacteria
The New York Times - 4/16/2013.
By Stephanie Strom - More than half of samples of ground turkey, pork chops and ground beef collected from supermarkets for testing by the federal government contained a bacteria resistant to antibiotics, according to a new report highlighting the findings.

Portland Press Herald - 4/16/2013.
