Maine Sunday Telegram - 2/1/2009.Wood Prairie Farm's Prairie Blush potato has won a Green Thumb Award from the Mailorder Gardening Association as one of the top six introductions for 2009. Prairie Blush is a bicolor potato, with pinkish and yellow skin. It is described as an early midseason potato with exceptional texture and flavor. It has good tuber set and fine yield on upright plants, and tastes good boiled or fried.
