Medicinal Mead Making Workshop

$35 for MOFGA members and $45 for non-members

Join Chef Frank Giglio as we learn about and make mead! In this class you will learn the step-by-step method for preparing your own medicinal mead at home. Each student will start a batch of mead during the class and be able to take it home to ferment and later enjoy. FMI: alibby@mofga.org.

By Matthew McDermott – Just as Lester Brown writes about rising temperatures leading to rising food prices, a new report in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences details the connection, already evident and likely to become more so, between rising temperatures and declining rice yields in parts of Asia.
