Meet Sarah Smith, who, with her husband, Garin, owns and operates MOFGA certified Grassland Organic Farm in Skowhegan. Grassland produces vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, vegetable seedlings, pasture, dairy products, veal and beef. Their markets include The Pickup CSA in Skowhegan, Senior Farm Shares, farmers’ markets, natural food stores, restaurants, specialty shops and CROPP/Organic Valley.
