(Download) OIG reviewed how the Agricultural Marketing Service, through the National Organic Program, implemented the access to pasture rule for organic dairy cattle. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) generally found that the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) successfully implemented the access to pasture rule as part of its National Organic Program (NOP), but we did identify several areas where the agency could make improvements.
